1. General Information

Provide:

  • Page Title (e.g., About Us)
  • Page URL (e.g., https://example.com/about)
  • Parent Page (If applicable, e.g., under Company)

2. SEO Information

  • Focus Keyword(s)

3. Content Details

A suggested structure. Adapt it to suit each page.

  • Intro Paragraph
  • Main Content
    • Section 1 (Heading + Text)
    • Section 2 (Heading + Text)
    • Section 3 (Heading + Text)
  • Call-to-Action (e.g., Contact Us, Learn More)
  • Note: If the content is for a blog post, please specify the Post Category you’d like to use (e.g., News, Articles)

4. Media & Assets

Share the following via Dropbox:

  • Images
    • Image 1 (Placement + Alt Text)
    • Image 2 (Placement + Alt Text)
  • Videos (or provide embed links)
  • Graphics/Icons

5. Additional Features

Include any that apply:

  • Forms (If needed, e.g., Contact Form)
  • Buttons & Links (Specify labels and destination URLs)
  • Testimonials or Quotes

6. Sidebar & Footer Content

Mostly relevant for blog posts:

  • Sidebar Widgets (e.g., Related Articles, Contact Info)
  • Footer Links

7. Special Notes & Customisations

Anything else that doesn’t fit above:

  • Additional Functionality (e.g., shortcodes, scripts, etc.)

How to provide the content

A simple system keeps everything easy to find.

  • Each page has its own clearly labelled folder (e.g., About Us)
  • Put the page’s text in that folder as a document, plus its images, videos, and graphics
  • Name files clearly so it’s obvious what goes where

And that’s everything!

Send it on through and Simon Bailey Design will take it from there.
