  • Acceptance of estimate and Terms of Business
  • 50% deposit due before work commences
  • Research and design
  • Initial concepts presented for review
  • Client review and feedback
  • One concept refined to final design
  • Client review and feedback
  • Further refinement (if required)
  • Client approval
  • Final files supplied in required formats
  • 50% final payment due on completion

WordPress Website

A website project involves more moving parts than most. Four clear steps take you from the initial brief through to launch, training, and ongoing support. Here’s what that typically looks like.

Step 1. Define

  • Initial discussion about project
  • Written brief provided by client

Step 2. Design

  • Research

You will need to provide: your logo in EPS format, approved text, and approved images and files. Not sure about your website content? This might help.

  • Theme and plugins installed
  • Page templates and styles created

You will need to provide: FTP or WordPress login details if hosting is already in place.

Step 4. Deploy

  • Submitted to search engines
  • WordPress login created for client
  • WordPress training provided
  • Website launched
  • 50% final payment due on launch
